Balance video on left hand side

With sturdy chair or table to hand. Start with breath. Find point to focus on. Plant feet. Roots in ground. equal weight on both feet. Gently lift one foot an inch of floor. Plant and root. Swap. Practice gradually taking foot higher and higher. If comfortable use arms to balance, lifting higher and higher.
