Reward you
Rewards can be internal, external or both. Maybe knowing why we’re doing this is the reward. Perhaps the feeling we have after moving is the reward. Often that’s enough but, if you’re anything like us, we sometimes find that we need external incentivizing. You know. That little something something to sweeten getting it done. How we reward ourselves is a personal thing. Use the REWARD YOU exercise (below) to tune in to when and how to motivate yourself to make good choices in the moment.

- What do you consider a reward? Think of small, every day rewards and larger treats.
- Give yourself a rewards when you’ve completed your daily moves.
- Note the effect. Rinse, repeat daily.
