Notice flow 

Flow happens when we’re completely involved in life and not applying pressure or will power to get ourself through.  When we’re in flow, time doesn’t exist, we’re calm, at peace and engaged in life.  Flow is the easy state of being. Flow can naturally happen at anytime or any where or we can consciously choose to go with the flow.  Flow isn’t reserved for artists or composers, it can show up when we’re chopping vegetables, speaking with a friend or working on a project.

Flow is important to creating our health plan because taking care of our health should not be a chore or another to-do on the list that we need to push ourself to do. If it feels like a struggle, it’s not flow. Paying attention to the things that take energy up or down is fundamental to knowing when we’re in flow and getting into our health groove. Let’s use the NOTICE FLOW exercise (below) throughout the program to learn when we’re in flow and to go with our own flow.

The energy indicator

Energy is the indicator as to whether we’re on the right health path for you. Let’s observe our energy. What takes it up?  What takes it down. Let’s use the OBSERVE ENERGY exercise (below) to see what takes our energy up or down.
