When our mood is off-balance we feel run by emotions that make us tense, cranky, anxious and to top it off, it exacerbates arthritic pain. We’re all used to hearing our body talk. The chatter can be loud and familiar; rumbling when we’re hungry, butterflies when nervous or sick if upset.
