Eat for energy

We all get tired sometimes but arthritis can cause fatigue. Fatigue is extreme tiredness that doesn’t seem to go away, even after a full night of rest. So far on the Brilliant plan we’ve been building a team of helpers to manage arthritis naturally. We’ve used BRILLIANT JOINTS to address inflammation, completed a personal SLEEP STUDY,  adjusted THOUGHT PATTERNS, and started MOVING more. All of these help with with fatigue. This week we add food to our team of helpers and look at how what we EAT affects our energy.

Food diary

On the Brilliant EAT plan, we learn about what food takes our energy up and what takes it down. Some food energizes us for 5 minutes, other food powers us up for hours. This week let’s tune in and use the exercises below to notice how what we eat and drink affects our energy. Let’s update our 3-DAY FOOD DIARY and keep track of how food affects energy.
