Emotion dictionary

Stop, listen and learn

Let’s love our emotions. Every single, wild one of them. Think we’re mad? Yeah. We did at first. Emotions? Their only job is to take care of us and keep us out of trouble. If they’re not managed properly they create stress in the body that gets in the way of us feeling our best. Are ready to get know emotions? Are we ready to get to know our very own loyal, support team?

Emotions aren’t positive or negative. They just are. It’s the meaning that we attach to them that takes us up or down. Let’s stop ignoring, being afraid or getting triggered by them. Let’s get to know them and hear the meaning in that feeling. The more we practice, the more adept we get at recognizing what needs to be done. Are we ready? Hello Team Emotion.
